"Make Sure to Check the Contract Before You Sign"
Make sure to check the contract before you sign. Don’t just trust what they say about getting your initial deposit back. There’s a note at the end of the contract that mentions you’ll need to cough up £80 if you choose to cancel your agreement:

"Also please be advised there will be a £80.00 + VAT charge to cover the administration, collection and refurbishment costs."

Since it involves money, I really think they should inform customers upfront when entering into the contract, rather than tucking it away at the bottom after you’ve been assured by the sales rep that all you need to do is give notice for a full refund. I reckon their recorded phone calls will have proof of this.

I don’t have any other issues with them besides this point, but I feel it’s my duty to warn future customers before they sign anything.
